摘要
重症急性胰腺(SAP)是临床常见的一种严重的急腹症,具有病情危重、并发症多、致死率高的特点。目前的研究发现,中医中药在治疗SAP具有独特的优势,且中西医结合治疗显著提高了SAP的治疗有效率,缩短患者的症状缓解时间,降低严重并发症的发生率及死亡率。
Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)is a common acute abdominal disease in clinical practice,which has the characteristics of dangerous condition,many complications,and high mortality.Current studies found that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of SAP.In addition,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of SAP significantly improved the response rate,shortened the time of symptom relief,and reduced the incidence of serious complications and mortality.
