中药注射剂溶媒类型、滴速与中药注射剂不良反应相关性分析 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探讨中药注射剂溶媒类型、滴速与中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)之间的相关性。方法:选取ADR患者50例,全面系统分析患者基础资料与临床资料,统计、分析不良反应表现、原因。结果:56%患者因滴速过快发生ADR,32%患者因溶媒不当发生ADR,8%患者合并用药不当发生ADR,4%患者超剂量用药发生ADR,2%患者用药过久发生ADR,其中滴速过快、溶媒不当是本组患者中药注射剂使用中ADR发生的主要危险因素(P<0.05);皮肤及附件反应、呼吸系统反应是中药注射剂使用中最常见的ADR反应(P<0.05)。结论:滴速控制不当、溶媒类型选择错误会直接引发多种ADR表现。 Objective: To explore the correlation between TCM injection solvent type and dripping speed and adverse reactions( ADR). Methods: Fifty patients with ADR were chosen and their basic data and clinical data were systematically were collected and analyzed to find out the manifestations and causes of ADR. Results: Among the studied cases,65% of them had ADR due to fast dripping speed; 32% due to improper solvents; 8% due to improper combined drug-use; 4% due to over-dosage of drug; 2%due to long-time drug-use. And fast dripping speed and improper solvents were the main dangerous factors leading to ADR( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Skin and its appendages reactions,and respiratory system were the most common ADR reactions in using TCM injections.
