甘遂对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响 被引量:7

Effect of kansui root on serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in severe acute pancreatitis of rats

摘要 目的探讨甘遂对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响,为临床应用甘遂治疗SAP提供理论基础。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(S组)、SAP组、甘遂治疗组(K组),每组40只。各组动物在术后2,6,12,24h检测血清淀粉酶、TNF-α和IL-6水平、胰、肺、肝、肾组织光镜检查和胰腺电镜检查、各组术后72h死亡率。结果血清淀粉酶、TNF-α和IL-6水平SAP组和K组各时间点均显著高于S组(P〈0.01),K组6,12,24h显著低于SAP组(P〈0.01)。K组胰、肺、肝、肾组织损害均较SAP组减轻。72h死亡率S组(0%)和K组(12.5%)显著低于SAP组(62.5%)(P〈0.05)。结论甘遂可能通过下调TNF-α和IL-6水平达到治疗SAP的作用。 Objective To study the effect of kansui root on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) levels in severe acute pancereatitis (SAP) of rats ,and to offer the theoretical basis for its clinical use in treating SAP. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham group ( S group), SAP group and kansui root therapy group( K group). 40 rats were in each group. Serum amylase- , serum TNF-α and IL-6 were measured at 2,6,12,24h after operation. Microscopy of pancreas, lung, liver and kidney and election microscopy of pancreas were performed at the same time 72 hours mortality in each group was also accessed. Results Serum amylase, serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in SAP group and K group at each time point were significantly higher than those in S group( all P 〈0. 01 ) and those of K group at 6,12,24h were significantly lower than those in SAP group (all P 〈0. 01 ). The pathologic injuries in pancreas, lung, kidney and liver in K group were milder than those in SAP group. 72h mortality in S group(0% )and K group ( 12. 5% ) were significantly lower than that in SAP group (62. 5% ) ( all P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusions Kansui root may treat SAP by decreasing the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6.
