摘要
目的分析北京市海淀区水痘疫苗接种率及其影响因素,为提高水痘疫苗接种率提供科学依据。方法采取问卷调查方法,收集北京市海淀区135名18~36月龄的儿童监护人进行水痘疫苗接种率影响因素信息,其中涉及儿童水痘疫苗接种信息来源于儿童预防接种证和/或北京市儿童预防接种信息管理系统。结果北京市海淀区18~36月龄的儿童水痘疫苗1剂次接种率为62.22%(84/135);在135名被调查儿童监护人中,99.26%认为接种疫苗很重要和对接种服务满意,88.89%认为接种疫苗是安全的,88.15%认为有必要接种自费疫苗,但对预防接种知识掌握者仅为30.37%,有接种犹豫者占34.81%;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,监护人为母亲(OR=2.78,95%CI:1.08~7.86)和监护人疫苗相关知识来自接种医生(OR=3.66,95%CI:1.11~12.09)是水痘疫苗接种的正向作用因素;监护人文化程度(OR=0.13,95%CI:0.04~0.39)是水痘疫苗接种的负向作用因素。结论2018年海淀区儿童水痘疫苗接种率较低,今后应加强接种医生对水痘疫苗的宣传,尤其是提升文化程度较高的儿童监护人对水痘疫苗的了解和接种意愿,提高水痘疫苗接种率,保护儿童健康。
Objective To analyze varicella vaccination coverage and its influencing factors in Haidian district of Beijing,so as to provide a scientific basis for improve varicella vaccination coverage.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 135 guardians of children aged 18-36 months in Haidian district of Beijing to collect the influencing factors information related to varicella vaccination.The data on children’s varicella vaccination was derived from children’s vaccination certificate and Beijing Children Vaccination Information Management System.Results The coverage rate of the first dose of varicella vaccine in Haidian district of Beijing was 62.22%(84/135)among children aged 18-36 months.Among the 135 children’s guardians surveyed,99.26%considered that vaccination was important and were satisfied with vaccination service;88.89%considered vaccination was safe;88.15%considered that it was necessary to receive self-paid vaccines,but only 30.37%had knowledge of vaccination and 34.81%were hesitant to receive vaccination.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the guardian was mother(OR=2.78,95%CI:1.08-7.86),and the vaccine-related knowledge obtained from the vaccinating doctor(OR=3.66,95%CI:1.11-12.09)were positive factors for varicella vaccination;however,the higher guardian’s educational level(OR=0.13,95%CI:0.04-0.39)was a negative factor for varicella vaccination.Conclusions The varicella vaccination coverage was low among children aged 18-36 months in Haidian district of Beijing,2018.It is necessary to strengthen the propagation of varicella vaccine through vaccinating doctors,especially to improve the understanding and willingness of children’s guardians with higher educational levels,to improve the varicella vaccination coverage and to protect children’s health.
