摘要
目的:研究数字化微笑设计(DSD)+TT玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙及前磨牙固定义齿美学修复中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月—2020年1月在我院接受前牙及前磨牙固定义齿美学修复的140例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=70)和对照组(n=70)。观察组采用DSD+TT玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对照组采用传统HT瓷倍健有饰瓷氧化锆全瓷冠修复。比较两组修复体美学效果、患者满意度以及修复效果。结果:观察组红色美学(PES)、白色美学(WES)得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对修复体颜色、个体特征的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的修复体形态、透明度、表面质地评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访第6个月,观察组边缘适合性、牙龈反应修复效果A级率高于对照组,修复体完整性的B级率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的继发龋齿修复效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DSD联合TT玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙及前磨牙固定义齿美学修复中应用效果良好,能有效提升修复体美学效果且患者满意度较高,对增强修复效果亦有积极作用,具有推广价值。
Objective:To study the application effect of digital smile design(DSD)+TT jade porcelain anatomical zirconia all ceramic crown in the aesthetic restoration of fixed denture of anterior teeth and premolars.Methods:140 patients who received aesthetic restoration of fixed dentures of anterior teeth and premolars in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=70)and control group(n=70).The observation group was repaired with DSD+TT jade porcelain fully anatomical zirconia all-ceramic crown,and the control group was repaired with the traditional HT porcelain beijian decorated porcelain zirconia all-ceramic crown.The aesthetic effect,patient satisfaction and repair effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of PES and WES in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of restoration color and individual characteristics in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the shape,transparency and surface texture between the two groups(P>0.05).At the 6th month of follow-up,the grade A rate of marginal fitness and gingival reaction repair effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the grade B rate of restoration integrity was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in repair effect of secondary caries between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:DSD combined with TT jade porcelain all anatomical zirconia all ceramic crown has a good application effect in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth and premolars fixed denture.It can effectively improve the aesthetic effect of restoration,with high patient satisfaction.It also plays a positive role in enhancing the restoration effect and has popularization value.
