摘要
目的:分析miR-33b、miR-3195在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:选取长垣市中医医院2018年10月—2020年10月68例喉鳞状细胞癌患者进行回顾性分析,手术后取其癌组织与对应的癌旁正常组织,分别测定其组织中miR-33b、miR-3195表达量,比较两组织中miR-33b、miR-3195表达情况,并分析与临床病理参数关系,采用Spearman相关性分析两者相关性。结果:喉鳞状细胞癌组织中miR-33b、miR-3195表达量低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。喉鳞状细胞癌组织中miR-33b、miR-3195表达量与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),与组织分化程度、TNM分期、肿瘤部位及淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析结果显示,喉鳞状细胞癌患者miR-33b、miR-3195表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:miR-33b、miR-3195在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中呈低表达状态,且与患者临床TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关,可作为评估患者病情严重程度与预后的标志物。
Objective:To investigate the expression levels of miR-33b and miR-3195 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods:A total of 68 patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in Changyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected,and their cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues were collected after surgery.The expression levels of miR-33b and miR-3195 in the tissues were detected,and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Spearman correlation analysis was used to discuss the correlation between the two indicators.Results:The expression levels of miR-33b and miR-3195 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were lower than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of miR-33b and miR-3195 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were not related to gender and age(P>0.05),but were related to the degree of tissue differentiation,TNM stage,tumor location and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis indicated that the expression of miR-33b and miR-3195 in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was negatively correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Expression levels of miR-33b and miR-3195 are down-regulated in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues,and are negatively correlated with patients’clinical TNM staging and lymph node metastasis,and so the two indicators can be used in the severity assessment and prognosis evaluation of patients.
