摘要
为提高筒形联轴器在运转过程中的安全性和可靠性,提出在其核心部件挠性筒中叠加橡胶阻尼筒。使用有限元仿真的方法,建立挠性筒的三维实体模型和有限元模型,使用ANSYS软件分析其振动特性,通过扫频激励试验验证结论。结果表明:以质量仅为挠性筒0.05%的橡胶阻尼筒可以降低挠性筒93%振动响应幅值。这种方法既可保证筒形联轴器安全通过共振区域,还可以提高其高转速下的振动安全性。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of the cylindrical coupling during operation,it is studied to superimpose a rubber damping cylinder in the flexible cylinder of its core component.Using the method of finite element simulation,the three-dimensional solid model and the finite element model of the flexible cylinder are established,and the vibration characteristics of the flexible cylinder are analyzed by ANSYS software,and the conclusion is verified by the sweep frequency excitation test.The result shows that the rubber damping cylinder with a mass of only 0.05%of the flexible cylinder can reduce the vibration response amplitude of the flexible cylinder by 93%.This method can not only ensure the safe passage of the cylindrical coupling through the resonance region,but also improve its vibration safety at high rotational speeds.
