摘要
胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)是一种侵袭性极强的中枢神经系统肿瘤,恶性程度、异质性及复发率均较高。但目前GBM的发病机制尚未完全阐明,GBM的治疗仍是一大难题。上皮-间充质转化(EMT)可通过复杂的信号通路参与人体多种病理生理过程。此外,微RNA(miRNA)可以与EMT相互作用进而影响细胞的生物学行为。因此,EMT已逐步成为阐明GBM发生发展机制的研究热点。未来,探究EMT与miRNA的作用机制,研制针对EMT信号通路及信号分子的靶向药物可以为GBM的治疗提供新思路。
As a highly invasive central nervous system tumor,glioblastoma(GBM)has a high malignant degree,heterogeneity and recurrence rate.However,the pathophysiology of GBM is largely unknown,and GBM therapy remains a challenge.Through complicated signaling pathways,epithelial-mesenchymal transformation(EMT)can play a role in a range of pathophysiological processes.Furthermore,microRNA(miRNA)can interact with EMT and influence cell biological activity.Therefore,EMT has gradually become a research hotspot for elucidating the occurrence and development mechanisms of GBM.Exploring the mechanism of EMT and miRNA,as well as creating targeted medications for the EMT signaling pathway and signal molecules,may bring novel therapeutic options for GBM in the future.
