摘要
近几年,社会和市场对新能源汽车专业技术技能人才的需求伴随着产业发展,无论在数量还是在质量方面,要求都越来越高。为了提升高职院校学生的职业技术技能,探索学历证书和职业技能提升的结合教育模式,提升就业质量,教育部出台了“1+X”证书制度。江西应用技术职业学院积极申报“1+X”证书考核试点并成功获批。文章以新能源汽车技术专业为例,分析了该专业在校企合作、实训室建设、专业课程体系建设在1+X证书实施过程中存在的问题,提出了一系列优化措施提升专业实训室建设及人才培养质量。
In recent years,the social and market demand for professional and technical personnel of new energy vehicles has accompanied the development of the industry,and the requirements are getting higher and higher in terms of quantity and quality.In order to improve the vocational and technical skills of students in higher vocational colleges,explore the combined education model of academic certificates and vocational skills improvement,and improve the quality of employment,the Ministry of Education has issued the "1+X" certificate system.Jiangxi Vocational College of Applied Technology actively applied for the "1+X" certificate assessment pilot and was successfully approved.Taking the major of new energy vehicle technology as an example,the article analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the 1+X certificate in the school-enterprise cooperation,the construction of the training room,and the construction of the professional curriculum system,and proposes a series of optimization measures to improve the professional training quality of room construction and personnel training.
