摘要
结合市场上面主流的156mm硅片组件415Wp和210mm硅片组件600Wp,选择三家100kW+大型组串逆变器和50kW中型组串逆变器各自适配415Wp组件和600Wp组件,通过参数表来实际计算各自的容配比,每家组串逆变器均能在415Wp组件达到良好的容配比,实现满载接入。而对于600Wp超高功率组件,只有少数厂家容配比能达到满载接入。可见超高功率组件进入市场需要更多逆变器厂商提升性能,才可完美匹配。
Taking into account the mainstream 156mmsilicon wafer module 415Wp and 210mm silicon wafer module 600Wp in the market,three 100kW+large string inverters and 50k W medium string inverters were selected to adapt to 415Wp and600W pmodules respectively.Each string inverter was able to achieve a good capacity ratio at 415Wp modules with full load access by calculating the actualrespective capacity ratios using the parameter table.For 600Wp ultra-high power modules,only a few manufacturers can achieve full load access.It can be seen that the ultra-high power modules entering the market need more inverter manufacturers to improve the performance to match perfectly.
