摘要
目的:分析妇产儿童医院急诊医患关系影响因素并提出建议。方法:对医患双方进行问卷调查并采用信效度分析、描述性分析、χ^(2)检验、Wilcoxon两独立样本秩和检验、Spearman相关分析和无序多分类logistic回归分析。结果:医生是否尊重患方、指示标志、就诊环境和医患沟通时长等因素影响看诊患方评价。患方年龄、学历、护士听患方讲话是否仔细、指示标志、候诊时长和留院观察手续等因素影响留院观察患方评价。医护人员的从业年限、经历的医患关系、投诉的处理情况等因素影响医方评价。结论:应通过改善服务态度、加强医患沟通、做好患者分流、积极引导医护人员等措施推动构建良好的急诊医患关系。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship in the emergency department of a women’s and children’s hospital,and put forward suggestions.Methods Patients or their relatives and medical staffs were surveyed with questionnaires,the reliability and validity of which were tested.Results were analyzed by descriptive analysis,chi-square test,Wilcoxon rank sum test,Spearman rank correlation analysis,and multiple-factor multinomial regressions.Results The factors to influence the diagnosed patients’evaluation on doctor-patient relationship were whether being respected from doctors or not,informational signs,medical environment and the communication time between medical staffs and patients.The factors to influence the evaluation on doctor-patient relationship for patients in observation were their age and educational background,whether being carefully listened by nurses or not,informational signs,waiting time and the procedure of observation.For doctors and nurses,the factors of working years,experienced doctor-patient relationship and the handling of complaints can influence their evaluation.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the service attitude,strengthen doctor-patient communication,positively guide medical staffs for promoting the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
