摘要
互联网医疗服务在我国是一个处于探索发展阶段的新医疗模式,医患双方的诊疗习惯都会发生相应的改变。通过对深圳市某实体医院的互联网医院就诊人线上诊疗的数据进行统计分析,归纳就诊人线上就医行为特征,分析居民对互联网诊疗的需求,对互联网医院建设和运营提出建议与意见,为政府部门制定互联网医疗的政策提供数据支撑,指导互联网医院系统的运营管理,发展高质量的互联网医疗服务提供参考。
The internet medical service is a newly developed medical mode in China,which is changing the diagnosis and treatment and consultation habits of both doctors and patients.This paper analyzes the patient online data of an internet hospital based on an entity hospital in Shenzhen,concluding the characteristics of the patients’medical consultation behaviors,and residents’needs for internet medical services,so as to provide suggestions and opinions on the construction and operation of internet hospitals.This paper could serve as a reference for policy formulation of internet medical services,operation and management of internet hospital systems,and the development of high-quality internet medical services.
