摘要
本文从管理制度建设、人才队伍培养、仪器设备管理、试剂耗材管理和实验室环境建设等方面对食品检测实验室安全管理的影响因素进行了讨论,并在此基础上提出了健全安全管理体系、加强人员培训与管理、强化仪器设备管理、强化试剂管理和控制实验室环境等改进建议。
This paper discusses the influencing factors of food testing laboratory safety management from the aspects of management system construction,talent team training,instrument and equipment management,reagent consumables management and laboratory environment construction,and puts forward suggestions for improvement:perfecting safety management system,strengthening personnel training and management,strengthening instrument and equipment management,strengthening reagent management,controlling laboratory environment and so on.
