摘要
以α-生育酚与β-环糊精(β-CD)为试材,通过共沉淀法制备了的包合物,通过包埋率、扫描电镜、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)和抗氧化活性测试对包合物性质进行表征。结果表明:β-CD和α-生育酚包合物的形成会影响α-生育酚的理化性质,增强其热稳定性,提供抗氧化保护。该研究为β-CD作为壁材包埋活性物质提供了参考依据。
The inclusion compound ofα-tocopherol andβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)was prepared by co-precipitation method to explore the properties of the inclusion compound.The embedding rate,scanning electron microscopy,FT-IR,1H NMR and antioxidant activity tests were discussed to characterize the properties of the inclusion compounds.The results showed that the formation ofβ-CD andα-tocopherol inclusion compounds would affect the physical and chemical properties ofα-tocopherol,which would increase solubility and provide antioxidant protection.This study provides a reference basis forβ-CD as a wall material to embed active material.
