摘要
对“头项寻列缺”临床机理不清的问题进行剖析,明晰源流,提出见解。“头项寻列缺”目前主要从列缺穴位特殊性、列缺所属肺脏生理功能、列缺所属肺经与膀胱经相关及现代科技等方面加以阐释。结合文献发生学对“头项寻列缺”进行溯源研究,认为“头项寻列缺”应是以《凌门传授铜人指穴》所载“千金十一穴歌”中“胸项如有痛、后溪并列缺”为基础,结合其它歌赋与临床实践提炼而成。历代文献中列缺主治风病的记载与现代临床医家多将头项病症与风邪相联系为“头项寻列缺”提供了理论支撑。“头项寻列缺”对临床治疗风邪所致头项病症具有重要的指导意义。
To analyze the unclear clinical mechanism of"Lieque(LU7)can effectively treat head and neck diseases",clarify the origin and put forward opinions.At present,"Lieque(LU7)can effectively treat head and neck diseases"was mainly explained from the particularity of Lieque(LU7)acupoints,the physiological function of the lung,the relationship between the lung meridian and bladder meridian,and the modern technology.This paper traces the origin of"Lieque(LU7)can effectively treat head and neck diseases"in combination with literature genesis,and believes that it should be based on"Houxi(SI3)and Lieque(LU7)can effectively treat chest and neck diseases"in the"Qianjin eleven acupoint song"contained in Bronze Figure of Acupoints Teached by Lingmen,combined with other songs and clinical practice.The records of Lieque(LU7)in ancient literature and modern clinical doctors often associated head and neck disease with wind pathogen,which provided theoretical support for"Lieque(LU7)can effectively treat head and neck diseases".It had important guiding significance for the treatment of head and neck disease caused by wind pathogen.
