摘要
肺癌发病机制是在各种病因影响下,肺脏生理功能失调,气血津液运行失常,产生以痰邪为主的病理产物。痰邪蕴结于肺,日久渐积难消而恶变,发展为肺癌。痰邪的流窜性可能与肺癌细胞的转移有重要关系。治疗肺癌应以理气化痰为基本原则。二陈汤理气健脾、燥湿化痰,药少而力专,是治疗痰证的经典方剂,可通过调节细胞免疫来防治肺部恶性肿瘤,亦可提高肺癌铂类化疗方案的疗效,对肺癌转移具有抑制作用,减轻肺癌患者临床症状,提高患者化疗后生活质量。
The pathogenesis of lung cancer is that under the influence of various causes,the physiological function of the lung is out of balance,the qi,blood and body fluid are out of order,and the pathological products are mainly phlegm.Phlegm evil is accumulated in lung gradually,which is difficult to eliminate and lead to malignant change,thus developes into lung cancer.The migration of phlegm pathogen may be related to the metastasis of lung cancer cells.The treatment of lung cancer should be based on the principle of regulating qi and resolving phlegm.Erchen Decoction can regulate qi,strengthen spleen,dry dampness and remove phlegm.Although the dosage is small,the efficacy is focused.It is a classic prescription for the treatment of phlegm syndrome.It can prevent and treat lung cancer by regulating cellular immunity.It can also improve the efficacy of platinum chemotherapy for lung cancer.It can inhibit the metastasis of lung cancer,reduce the clinical symptoms of lung cancer patients,and improve the quality of life of patients after chemotherapy.
