摘要
因颈部结构紊乱或颈椎病而发生的眩晕称为颈性眩晕,本病属于中医学"眩晕病""项痹病"范畴。笔者结合地域特点、发病季节、饮食习惯等总结出蜀地颈性眩晕的病机多为"寒湿凝痰、上蒙清窍",治当燥湿化痰、平肝止眩、散寒解肌、柔筋止痛,以桂枝加葛根汤合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,疗效确切。
Cervical vertigo is caused by structural disorder of the neck or cervical spondylosis,which belongs to the category of"vertigo disease"and"Xiangbi(项痹)disease"in TCM.Combined with regional characteristics,season of onset and eating habits,the pathogenesis of cervical vertigo in Sichuan region is mainly Hanshi Ningtan(寒湿凝痰),Shangmeng Qingqiao(上蒙清窍),which can be treated by dryness dampness resolving phlegm,calming liver and stopping vertigo,dispersing cold and resolving muscle,softening tendons and relieving pain.The Guizhi Gegen decoction(桂枝加葛根汤)plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)shows a definite curative effect.
