摘要
跨境电商背景下的企业生存状况,与其是否存在稳定的人力资源优势相关。企业要合理分析培养商务英语专业人才的内部模式,实现其推动平台服务、提供储备人才等方面的意义。通过满足自身对人才业务能力和参与培训质量的需求,进行已提出培训内容和人才培养思路上的改进。以发展企业销售业务为具体研究对象,完成把员工培养为商务英语专业人才的实际做法,让他们能够学习一定的社交英语语言和英语语言沟通技巧,不断扩大企业客户资源。
The living conditions of enterprises in the context of cross-border e-commerce are related to the existence of stable human resources advantages.Enterprises should reasonably analyze the internal mode of training business English professionals,and realize its significance in promoting platform services and providing reserve talents.By satisfying its own needs for talent business ability and participating training quality,the proposed training content and talent training ideas are improved.Taking the development of corporate sales as the specific research object,we will complete the actual practice of training employees as business English professionals,so that they can learn certain social English language and English language communication skills,and continue to expand corporate customer resources.
