摘要
为探索长江经济带港口发展对城市对外开放的影响,本文基于长江经济带13个主要集装箱港口2011-2019年的面板数据,运用DEA方法计算港口运作效率,并实证检验港口运作效率对城市对外开放的影响。结果表明:长江经济带主要集装箱港口运作效率呈现波动趋势且有明显的区域差异性;长江经济带港口运作效率的提升对城市对外开放水平存在显著的正向促进作用;港口综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率的提升有效提高城市的对外贸易水平,尤其是港口综合效率、纯技术效率的提升显著影响外资利用水平。据此,应加强长江经济带集装箱港口规划、建设和运营合作,提升长江经济带港口城市的港城产融合度,促进城市对外开放。
In order to explore the impact of port development on urban opening-up in the Yangtze River economic belt, based on the panel data of 13 major container ports in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2011 to 2019, this paper uses DEA method to calculate the port operation efficiency, and empirically tests the impact of port operation efficiency on urban Opening-up. The results show that the operation efficiency of the main container ports in the Yangtze River Economic Belt fluctuates and has obvious regional differences;The improvement of port operation efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt has a significant positive role in promoting the level of urban opening to the outside world;The improvement of port comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency effectively improves the city’s foreign trade level, especially the improvement of port comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency, which significantly affects the level of foreign capital utilization. Therefore, we should strengthen the planning, construction and operation cooperation of container ports in the Yangtze River economic belt, improve the integration of port and city industries in the port cities in the Yangtze River economic belt,and promote the opening of cities to the outside world.
