基于非期望输出网络DEA的集装箱港口群效率评价 被引量:14

Evaluation of Container Port Cluster Efficiency Based on Undesirable Output Network DEA

摘要 基于2016年中国集装箱吞吐量排名前十港口的数据,在考虑非期望输出的情况下将网络DEA模型分为两个阶段,第一阶段评估样本港口的生产效率和环境效率;第二阶段考虑货物种类分析样本港口集装箱化效率。随后对样本港口的综合效率进行分析,结果显示港口效率的空间分布无明显特征;将样本港口按各自所属港口群分类,比较分析各港口群效率,得出:环渤海港口群的综合效率在三大港口群中处于中间水平,长三角港口群在港口生产效率和环境效率上更具有优势,而珠三角港口群则在集装箱化效率上更具优势;通过分析计算结果,对港口在港口群内的功能定位提出建议。 Based on the statistics of the top ten ports of China's container throughput in 2016, the network DEA model is divided into two divisions considering undesirable output. The first division evaluates the environmental and production efficiency of the sample ports; the second division analyzes the containerization efficiency in terms of the cargo type. After that, the overall efficiency of the sample port is analyzed, which shows that the spatial distribution of the port efficiency has no obvious characteristics; then the sample ports are classified according to their respective port clusters, and the efficiency of the port clusters is compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the overall efficiency of the Bohai Rim port cluster is at the middle level among the three major port clusters; the Yangtze River Delta port cluster has more advantages in port production efficiency and environmental efficiency, while the Pearl River Delta port cluster has more advantages in containerization efficiency. In the end, through analysis and comparison of the calculation results, suggestions are made on the functional positioning of the port in theport cluster.
