摘要
针对液压支架控制系统存在的实时性差、稳定性不高、控制精度差的问题,分析了当前液压支架主要控制系统的不足与常见故障,阐述了德国玛珂PM31、德国DBT PM4以及德国EEP三种具有代表性的综采工作面液压支架控制系统原理、结构及特点,总结了现有液压支架控制系统存在的问题和不足,并从液压支架监控和智能控制两个方面,展望了液压支架控制系统的发展方向,为液压支架控制系统的研究提供理论基础。
The common faults of hydraulic bracket control system at the header face are analyzed,the principle,structure and characteristics of three existing representative hydraulic bracket control systems at the header face are explained,namely,German Mako P31,German DBT PM4 and German EEP hydraulic bracket control system,the problems and shortcomings of the existing hydraulic bracket control system are summarized,and the two aspects of hydraulic bracket monitoring and intelligent control are described.The development direction of hydraulic bracket control system is foreseen to provide the theoretical basis for the research of hydraulic bracket control system.
