摘要
司国民教授认为小儿抽动障碍多为肝脾同病,提倡疏泄少阳之气,调理脾胃升降。小儿少阳升发之气娇弱,如一味侧重平肝、重镇之法,一则伤肝体、伐肝用,二则影响小儿生长发育。同时小儿体质单纯,实证居多,食积、痰湿为主要病因。治疗应重视调理脾胃、祛痰消食,同时调肝当以疏泄为要,勿要伐肝,既可中病,又不伤正,可达远期治疗目的。临床善用和肝理脾汤加减,畅达肝气、健脾祛痰,并针对抽动部位添加不同药物组合进行治疗。附验案1则。
Professor SI Guomin believes that the disease of the liver and spleen is common in children with tourette syndromes.He advocates conveyance and dispersion Shaoyang qi,regulating the spleen and stomach ascent and descent.Children’s Shaoyang qi is delicate and tender.Blindly focusing on the treatment only by calming and restraining liver will not only injure the liver,but also affect the growth and development of children.At the same time,children’s constitution is simple,and the majority is excess syndrome.The main etiology is food accumulation and phlegm dampness.The treatment should focus on regulating the spleen and stomach,eliminating phlegm and food stagnation.At the same time,regulating the liver should emphasize dispersing without injuring the liver,targeting the disease without harming healthy qi,which will achieve the long-term treatment effect.Clinically,Professor SI is good at applying classic prescriptions,and making good use of Hegan Lipi Decoction(和肝理脾汤)to promote liver qi,invigorate the spleen and eliminate phlegm,and add different medicine combinations according to the different parts of the tic for treatment.One successful case is attached.
