摘要
目的:探讨踝关节运动损伤患者的焦虑抑郁状态及其快速康复干预。方法:选取2018年2月~2020年2月因踝关节运动损伤于本院康复医学科就诊的患者64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合性快速治疗康复干预。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑抑郁评分及疗效。结果:干预前两组患者焦虑抑郁缓解有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后两组患者焦虑抑郁缓解有效率高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者有效率(96.88%)高于对照组(65.63%,P<0.05)。结论:综合性快速治疗康复干预法可提高踝关节运动损伤患者的康复效果,有利于缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the anxiety and depression of patients with ankle sports injury and the nursing intervention of rapid intervention.Methods:64 patients with ankle sports injury in the department of rehabilitation of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given nursing intervention of comprehensive rapid treatment and rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The anxiety and depression scores and curative effects of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:The effective rate of anxiety and depression relief had nostatistically significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the effective rate of anxiety and depression relief was higher than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,anxiety and depression relief efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the curative effect of the observation group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group(65.63%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rapid treatment and rehabilitation can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with ankle sports injury.It helps to relieve anxiety and depression,and improve clinical efficacy.
