海上A油田异常水质分析及配套工艺研究

摘要 南海东部A油田为边水驱岩性油藏,油井投产后地层压力下降迅速,产量递减明显,需要注水补充地层能量。注水水质是判断油田能否注水的前提,在水质异常分析基础上,提出“结垢量增加量”评价新方法和悬浮物含量分析新方法,确定了注入水可能引起的储层伤害,并提出了配套工艺,确保水质满足油田注水要求。研究表明:①J层水源水异常的主要原因是水中的亚铁离子氧化导致的;②通过地面水处理流程增加高纯度制氮设备、去除水中亚铁离子等工艺,能除铁或避免亚铁离子氧化,可确保注水水质。 Oilfield A in the east of South China Sea is a lithologic reservoir with edge water drive,the formation pressure decreases rapidly and the production decline significantly after the production of oil well,which is urgent to supply the formation energy through water injection.The injected water quality is a key factor in the success of water injection.Based on the analysis of abnormal water quality,the new method of"scaling increment"and suspended solids content analysis are proposed to determine the possible damage by injected water,and the matched technology string is designed to ensure the water quality.Results show that:①the main reason for the abnormal water quality in J layer is the oxidation of Fe^(2+)ions in water.②Through the surface water treatment process,adding high-purity nitrogen production equipment and removing ferrous ions in water can remove iron or avoid ferrous ion oxidation and ensure the water quality of water injection.
