摘要 针对油田水结垢预测算法中SI饱和指数法计算复杂、修正系数选取困难的问题,基于主成分分析法(PCA)对影响结垢的因素进行筛选和数据降维,采用灰色关联(GRA)-TOPSIS法分析不同水质与理想状态之间的相对贴近度,形成了一种用于快速评价水质的方法。结果表明,引起管网和管柱结垢的因素权重从大到小依次为HCO_(3)^(-)、Ca^(2+)、Cl^(2+-)、Mg^(2+)、Na^(+)+K^(+)和SO_(4)^(2-);利用PCA-GRA-TOPSIS法得到的水质评价结果与SI饱和指数法、腐蚀结垢评价实验的结果相符,验证了该方法的准确性。研究结果可为预防注水管网和管柱腐蚀结垢提供技术支持,为开发方案的优化和水源井的选择提供有力依据。 In the oilfield water scaling prediction algorithm,in view of the complex calculation of the SI saturation index method and the difficulty in selecting the correction coefficient,the Principal Com-ponent Analysis(PCA)is used to screen the factors affecting scaling and reduce the dimension of data,and the Grey Correlation Analysis(GRA)-TOPSIS method is used to analyze the relative closeness be-tween different water qualities and the ideal state,forming a method for rapid evaluation of water quali-ty.The results show that the weights of factors causing scaling in the pipe network and pipe string are HCO_(3)^(-),Ca^(2+),Cl^(2+-),Mg^(2+),Na^(+)+K^(+),SO_(4)^(2-)in descending order.The water quality evaluation re-sults obtained by the PCA-GRA-TOPSIS method are consistent with the results of the SI saturation in-dex method and corrosion scaling evaluation experiment,which verifies the accuracy of this method.The research results can provide technical support for the prevention of corrosion and scaling of water injection pipe network and pipe string,and provide a strong basis for the optimization of the develop-ment scheme and the selection of water source well.
