摘要
通过研究煤层气管柱结垢机理、规律及固体酸除垢,解决煤层气管柱结垢及垢下腐蚀的问题。采用EDS、XRD对煤层气井下垢样成分进行分析,通过Davis-Stiff饱和指数法对水质的碳酸钙结垢趋势进行预测。研究以氨基磺酸为主的固体酸除垢方法。研究结果表明,煤层气区块管柱的垢样主要成分为碳酸钙,且含有少量腐蚀产物。水质有明显的碳酸钙结垢趋势,且随着开采的进行,矿化度不断升高,水质腐蚀性增强。水质、温度和压力的变化是导致结垢的主要因素。以氨基磺酸为主的固体酸对碳酸钙垢有较好的除垢效果,反应产物为可溶性盐,避免二次结垢,对较远的地层亦能产生很好的溶蚀效果,在除垢解堵的同时可提升油气产量。对固体酸与盐酸及有机酸进行比较,固体酸具有腐蚀性小、除垢速率快和易运输的优点。
Aiming to solve the problems of coalbed methane pipe string scaling and corrosion under scale, the scaling mechanism and law of coalbed methane pipe string and solid acid descaling were studied. EDS and XRD were used to analyze the components of scale samples in coalbed methane wells, and the Davis-Stiff saturation index method was used to predict the calcium carbonate scaling trend of water quality. Research was conducted on solid acid plugging removal mainly based on amino-sulfonic acid. The results show that the main component of the scale sample of the coalbed methane block is carbonate, also containing a small amount of corrosion products. The water quality has an obvious tendency of calcium carbonate scaling, and with the progress of production, the degree of salinity continues to increase and the water quality becomes more corrosive. Changes of water quality, temperature and pressure are the main factors that cause scaling. The solid acid based on amino-sulfonic acid shows a good scale removal effect on calcium carbonate scale, and the reaction product is soluble salt to avoid secondary scaling. It can also produce a good dissolution effect on distant formations to improve oil and gas production while descaling and plugging removal. Compared with hydrochloric acid and organic acid, the solid acid has the advantages of less corrosiveness, fast descaling rate and easy transportation, etc.
