BC双摆头五轴电热丝热熔雕刻机弧面雕刻路径规划

摘要 为了提高材料雕刻效率和材料利用率,基于电热丝热熔雕刻机及其独特的电热丝刀具结构,提出了一种可一次性完成立面、平面和弧面雕刻任务的热熔雕刻路径规划方法。首先,研究了BC双摆头五轴电热丝热熔雕刻机在主轴加装电热丝雕刻刀后的结构以及运动特点,采用D-H法则建立了电热丝刀具坐标系到工件坐标系的运动学模型;其次,为了减少电热丝对软质材料的烫损影响,提出了一种基于射线模型的环切路径规划方法;最后,以带倒角矩形弧面雕刻任务为例,进行了对比仿真和实验验证。与传统环切路径规划方法相比,雕刻时间缩短34%,避免了破坏性烫损,实现了一次性完成立面、平面和弧面的雕刻任务。 In order to improve material engraving efficiency and material utilization,based on the electric heating wire hot melt engraving machine and its unique electric heating wire tool structure,a hot melt engraving path planning method which can complete the engraving tasks of facade,plane and arc at one time is proposed.Firstly,the structure and motion characteristics of BC double swing head five-axis hot-melt engraving machine with hot-wire chisel on the main shaft were studied,and the kinematics model from the tool coordinate system to the workpiece coordinate system was established by D-H rule.Secondly,in order to reduce the hot damage of electric wire on soft materials,a method of loop cutting path planning based on ray model was proposed.Finally,taking the rectangular cambered surface carving task with chamfered corners as an example,the simulation and experimental verification were carried out.Compared with the traditional circumferential path planning method,the carving time was shortened by 34%,the destructive burning damage was avoided,and the carving task of facade,plane and cambered surface was completed at one time.
