摘要 数控加工是复杂雕塑曲面高质量和高效率的加工方法,生成无干涉、无过切的、高效的刀具路径是复杂雕塑曲面数控加工的关键。这里综述了面向复杂雕塑曲面数控加工的关键技术和高速切削过程中传统CAM系统的不足,最后展望了复杂雕塑曲面数控加工关键技术的发展趋势。 Numerically controlled cutting is the high quality and high efficiency cutting approach for complex sculptured surfaces. Gouging - free and collision avoidance tool - path generation is the key technology for NC cutting. This paper attempts to review the key technologies of NC cutting for sculptured surfaces and the current deficiencies of conventional CAM systems for high speed cutting. Finally, the developing trends of the key techniques are discussed.
