摘要
目的:探讨南昌市社区居家老年人衰弱现状与家庭主要照顾者负担的相关性。方法:采用方便抽样法于2020年12月—2021年6月抽取南昌市3个社区651名居家老年人及其家庭主要照顾者为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、衰弱综合评估工具(CFAI)和照顾者负担量表(CBI)进行调查。结果:社区居家老年人CFAI总分为(44.03±11.76)分。家庭主要照顾者CBI总分为(41.55±17.06)分。社区居家老年人CFAI总分与家庭主要照顾者CBI总分呈正相关(r=0.988,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,社区居家老年人的年龄、CFAI总分及家庭主要照顾者的年龄、健康状况、每天照顾时长及是否有其他照顾者协助为家庭主要照顾者照顾负担的影响因素,其能解释家庭主要照顾者CBI总分变化的97.9%。结论:南昌市社区居家老年人家庭主要照顾者负担处于中等水平,老年人衰弱程度越重,照顾负担越重,建议将衰弱筛查作为老年人健康体检的常规项目,尽早识别衰弱征象,采取有针对性的干预措施。
Objective:To explore correlation between frailty in community home elderly and burden in main family caregivers in Nanchang city.Methods:A total of 651 elderly people at home and their main family caregivers from 3 communities in Nanchang city were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method from December 2020 to June 2021.General Facts Questionnaire,Comprehensive Frailty Assessment Instrument(CFAI),and Caregiver Burden Inventory(CBI)were used for investigation.Results:The total score of CFAI of community home elderly was 44.03±11.76.The total score of CBI of main family caregivers was 41.55±17.06.The total score of CFAI of community home elderly was positively correlated with total score of CBI of main family caregivers(r=0.988,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age and total score of CFAI of community home elderly,and age,health status,daily care time of main family caregivers and whether there were other caregivers or not were influencing factors of care burden of main family caregivers,which can explain 97.9%of change in total score of CBI of main family caregivers.Conclusions:Burden of burden in main family caregivers in Nanchang city is at moderate level.The heavier degree of frailty,the heavier burden of care.It is recommended to take frailty screening as routine item in health examination of elderly,so as to identify signs of frailty as soon as possible,and take targeted interventions.
