摘要
目的:研究山蜡梅叶提取物不同提取部位镇痛、抗炎的药效学。方法:将小鼠按体质量随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、总黄酮低剂量组(5 g/kg)及高剂量组(10 g/kg)、挥发油低剂量组(5 g/kg)及高剂量组(10 g/kg),采用热水缩尾法观察山蜡梅叶不同有效部位的镇痛活性,二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀法观察山蜡梅叶不同有效部位抗炎活性。结果:总黄酮高剂量组、挥发油低剂量组及高剂量组在给药后1、2 h小鼠痛觉潜伏期明显增加,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除挥发油高剂量组外,其余各剂量组均能抑制二甲苯所致的耳郭肿胀,其中总黄酮高剂量组、挥发油低剂量组具有明显的抑制作用,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:山蜡梅叶中挥发油和黄酮类成分能明显延长小鼠的痛觉潜伏期,且对二甲苯所致的耳肿胀具有明显的改善作用,具有良好的镇痛抗炎效果。
Objective:To study the analgesic and antiinflammatory pharmacodynamics of different extracted parts from Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.leaves.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into blank control group,positive drug control group,total flavonoids low-dose group(5 g/kg)and high-dose group(10 g/kg),volatile oil low-dose group(5 g/kg)and highdose group(10 g/kg).The analgesic effects of different fractions from Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.leaves were evaluated by the tail-immersion test in mice.meanwhile,the antiinflammatory effects of different fractions from Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.leaves were observed by xylene induced ear edema.Results:The algesthesia latency of mice in total flavonoids high dose group,volatile oil low dose group and high dose group increased significantly at 1,2 hours after administration,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);except for the volatile oil high dose group,the other groups had inhibitory effects on mice auricle swelling induced by xylene.The total flavonoids high dose group and volatile oil low dose group had significant inhibitory effects,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The volatile oil and flavonoids in Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.leaves can significantly prolong the pain latency of mice,significantly improve the ear swelling caused by xylene,and have good analgesic and antiinflammatory effects.
