摘要
目的探讨加味苦参汤联合温和灸对高位复杂性肛瘘术后患者创面疼痛和愈合的影响。方法选取安徽省庐江县人民医院2018年9月—2020年9月收治的64例高位复杂性肛瘘术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分为对照组、观察组,各32例。对照组予以温和灸治疗,观察组给予加味苦参汤结合温和灸治疗。比较2组术后创面疼痛、治疗效果及愈合情况。结果2组术后治疗总有效率相比,观察组较高(P<0.05);2组术后1周视觉模拟法(VAS)评分比较,观察组较低(P<0.05);观察组创面渗液评分、创面肉芽评分较对照组低,创面愈合率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论给予高位复杂性肛瘘术后患者加味苦参汤与温和灸联合治疗,可减轻患者术后创面疼痛,促进其创面愈合,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Kushen decoction combined with mild moxibustion on wound pain and healing after high complex anal fistula surgery.Methods 64 patients with high complex anal fistula after surgery in Lujiang County People’s Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divide into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32)according to the random touch ball method.The control group was given mild moxibustion,and the observation group was given modified Kushen decoction combined with mild moxibustion.The postoperative wound pain,therapeutic effect and healing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of postoperative treatment in the two groups,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The visual simulation method(VAS)scores of the two groups at 1 week after operation were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The wound exudation score and wound granulation score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the wound healing rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of modified Kushen decoction and mild moxibustion in patients with high complex anal fistula surgery can reduce postoperative wound pain,promote wound healing,and improve the therapeutic effect.
