摘要
目的:观察三主体链式互动教育在学龄期哮喘患儿吸入疗法中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年6月―2020年5月广州市南沙区东涌医院收治的90例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照摸球法分为对照组和试验组,每组各45例。对照组以常规教育方式施教,试验组接受三主体链式互动教育干预,教育内容、时长、次数均同对照组,比较两组患儿干预后吸入疗法技能掌握度评分和吸入疗法教育满意度评分。结果:试验组干预后装置安装评分和吸入治疗评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.412、19.750,P<0.05)。试验组干预后吸入疗法教育满意度各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.643、15.701、15.218,P<0.05)。结论:采用三主体链式互动教育开展哮喘患儿吸入治疗技能干预,可显著提升该类患儿的吸入疗法技能掌握度,深受患儿及家长高度认可。
Objective:To observe the application effect of three-subject chain interactive education in inhalation therapy for school-age children with asthma.Methods:90 cases of children with asthma treated in the hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by touch ball method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was taught by conventional education.The experimental group received three-subject chain interactive education intervention.The education content,duration and frequency were the same as those of the control group.The mastery score of inhalation therapy skills and the satisfaction score of inhalation therapy education after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The device installation score and inhalation treatment score in the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.412,19.750,P<0.05).After intervention,the education satisfaction score of inhalation therapy in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.643,15.701,15.218,P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of inhalation therapy skills in children with asthma by three-subject chain interactive education can significantly improve the mastery of inhalation therapy skills in children with asthma,which is highly recognized by children and parents.
