摘要
目的探讨心理护理和健康教育在危重烧伤患儿康复中的作用。方法在对患儿进行常规治疗的基础上,辅以心理护理和有针对性的健康教育。结果在经过心理干预及健康教育后,患儿心理行为问题发生率下降,治疗依从性提高。结论心理护理和健康教育能改善患儿心理状态,提高治疗依从性,促使其尽早康复。
Objective： To investigate the role of psychological care and health education in the rehabilitation of burned children. Methods： Based on the conventional treatment for children, psychological care and targeted health education were carried out. Results：After the psychological intervention and health education, children pa- tients＇psychological behavior decreased, and the treatment adherence was improved. Conclusion： Psychological care and health education is helpful to improve the psychological state of children patients, and help them recover as soon as possible.
