摘要
以胶东某黄金冶炼氰化浸出后废水为研究对象,采用酸化工艺对废水中的氰化物进行回收,利用脱气膜处理技术对酸化处理后废水进行深度脱氰处理,同时对比研究了铁盐沉淀工艺的深度处理效果。结果表明,脱气膜处理工艺对酸化后废水中的游离氰具有较好的处理效果,处理后废水中游离氰化物含量可降至5 mg/L以下,结合铁盐沉淀工艺可将流出液中的总氰降至50 mg/L以下,满足氰化尾渣洗涤用水生产要求。
Taking the cyanide leaching wastewater from a gold smelting in Jiaodong as an example,the cyanide in the wastewater was recovered by acidification process,and the acidified wastewater was deeply decyanated by degassing membrane treatment technology.At the same time,the advanced treatment effects of iron salt precipitation process were compared and studied.The results show that the degassing membrane treatment process has a good treatment effect on the free cyanide in the acidified wastewater.The content of free cyanide in the treated wastewater can be reduced to less than 5 mg/L.Combined with the iron salt precipitation process,the total cyanide in the effluent can be reduced to less than 50 mg/L,which can meet the production requirements of cyanide tail residue washing water.
