摘要
采用臭氧氧化法对某金矿氰化渣产生的含氰废水进行了试验研究。主要考察了在一定臭氧浓度条件下,氧化反应时间、反应pH、催化剂等因素对氰化物去除效果的影响,并确定了最佳反应条件。试验结果表明,采用臭氧对该含氰废水进行氧化处理,在pH=7.0、不添加催化剂,反应时间为75 min时,废水中游离CN^-最大去除率达96.3%,总CN^-最大去除率达92.3%。
The cyanide-containing waste water from cyanide-leaching residue of a gold mine was treated by using the O 3 oxidation method.Under the condition of given O3 concentration,the influences of oxidation reaction time,pH,catalyst,etc on the cyanide removal effect and the optimum reaction conditions were determined.The results showed that under the conditions of no catalyst addition,pH value 7.0,and a reaction time of 75min,the maximal removal rate of CN-was 96.3%,and the total CN-removal rate 92.3%.
