摘要
为解决当前煤巷掘进时支护时间过长导致实际掘进时间不足,进而影响整体的掘进效率以及生产效率的问题,以某矿1501掘进工作面为例,在对其地质条件和矿压现象规律分析的基础上,完成了临时支护支架的结构和关键参数尺寸的设计。试验表明,新设计的临时支护支架掘进速度提升50%左右,应用效果理想。
In order to solve the current problem that the support time in coal tunneling is too long,which leads to insufficient actual digging time and thus affects the overall digging efficiency and productivity,the design of the structure and key parameters of the temporary support bracket is completed based on the analysis of its geological conditions and the law of mine pressure phenomenon,taking a 1501 digging face as an example.The test shows that the digging speed of the newly designed temporary support bracket is increased by about 50%,and the application effect is ideal.
