摘要
针对当前光面爆破和定向断裂控制爆破存在的问题,以及高强度岩体复杂断面成型爆破的工程现状,提出了多点聚能切割爆破技术,对其特点、聚能爆破机理等作了详细介绍;并将该技术应用于大理石断裂控制爆破,收到了良好的爆破效果。该技术的开发与应用,为岩石断裂控制爆破、高强度岩体复杂断面成型爆破提供了一条高效低耗途径,有广阔的应用前景。
Regarding the problems existing in smooth blasting and controlled blasting of directional fracture, and combining the status of complex outline shaped blasting in rock masses with high uniaxial compressive strength, the paper put forward and defined a new controlled blasting technology of cumulative cutting with multiple perforation. The characters and blasting mechanism of the cumulative cutting were discussed in detail. The application of this technology to the blasting of marble with high uniaxial compressive strength reached good result. The application and development of this technology offer an approach of high efficiency and low energy consumption to shaped blasting of rock body with high strength and complex sections, and is of extensive practical prospect.
