摘要
为了提高煤矿大断面岩石巷道的掘进速度,从液压钻车和挖掘式装载机与桥式转载皮带输送机设备配套入手,提出了更适合大断面、掏槽效率高、适应性强的准直眼强力掏槽新方法,并应用该掏槽方法与全断面一次爆破技术,对常村煤矿大断面岩石巷道爆破参数进行了优化,实现了全断面一次爆破的安全、快速掘进,大幅度降低了掘进单位巷道的炮眼长度和爆破材料消耗,节约了工程成本,提高了炮眼利用率和爆破质量,使掘进成巷速度比原来提高了50%以上。
In order to increase advancing speed in rock drift with large cross-sectional surface in coalmine, the cutting method was studied. Based on the exploration of hydraulic drill rig and excavating loader supported by the bridge-type belt conveyor, a novel quasi-parallel undercutting method with high efficiency and more adaptability for the rock drift with large cross-sectional surface was proposed. After adjusting parameters, this optimized undercutting method together with full-face blasting technique was applied in Changcun Coal Mine, realizing a safe full-face blasting and rapid advancement. As a result, the length of blasthole and consumption of blasting material for each unit of drift advancement have been substantially reduced, bringing about not only cost efficiency, but also an enhancement in blasthole usage and blasting achievement, with the advancement speed increased by more than 50%.
