摘要
为解决当前液压钻机钻机深度小,并不完全适用于煤矿生产中各类煤层、顶板等工况的要求,在对液压钻机功能需求分析的基础上主要完成了液压钻机的结构和液压回路设计,同时完成了液压马达和液压泵的选型设计,重点对关键液压元器件的动态性能进行试验研究,通过对高压管路和合流管路的通径进行重新设计,保证了液压钻机工作的稳定性。
In order to solve the current requirements of small drilling depth of hydraulic drilling rig,which is not fully applicable to various coal seams and top plates in coal mine production,the design of structure and hydraulic circuit of hydraulic drilling rig was mainly completed based on the analysis of functional requirements of hydraulic drilling rig,and the selection design of hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump was also completed,focusing on the dynamic performance of key hydraulic components for experimental research,and the high pressure pipeline and the passage diameter of combined flow pipeline were redesigned to ensure that the hydraulic drilling rig can work stably by analyzing the causes of the problems found.
