摘要
如今国内正全面推进城镇化建设,对建筑工程质量与建筑结构提出了更高要求。过去的操控方法对自然环境的污染非常大,而且粗放型的管控也让建筑工程质量出现了各种各样的问题。在如此环境下,装配式建筑应运而生。该建筑形式借助先进的施工技术,可以很好地规避过去建筑工程中的缺陷,减少环境破坏。在装配式建筑的发展历程中,其架构设计也存在些许缺陷。基于此,本文对装配式建筑构造体制的定制要点展开讨论,旨在研究装配式建筑的发展方向。
Nowadays, China is comprehensively promoting the construction of urbanization, and has higher standards for construction quality and building structure. The past control methods have caused great pollution to the natural environment, and extensive control has also caused various problems in the quality of construction projects. In such an environment, prefabricated buildings emerge as the times require. With the help of advanced construction technology,this building form can well avoid the defects in past construction projects and reduce environmental damage. In the development of prefabricated buildings, there are also some defects in its building design. Based on this, this paper discusses the key points of customization of prefabricated building structure system, aiming to study the development direction of prefabricated buildings.
