Research on the Curriculum Construction of Detailed Design for Prefabricated Concrete Structure Based on BIM

摘要 装配式建筑深化设计作为装配式建筑建设过程的重要环节,是培养装配式建筑应用型本科人才的一个重要方向,开展相应的深化设计课程教学,则成为培养学生装配式建筑深化设计能力的重要手段。以装配式混凝土结构深化设计为课程研究方向,详细介绍基于BIM的装配式混凝土结构深化设计的内容与实现技术,并给出结构深化设计流程。基于工程教育专业认证教学理念,建立了基于BIM的装配式混凝土结构深化设计课程目标。为达成课程目标,提出了"实景案例引导、项目分工实操、图纸交叉会审"三阶段课程教学方法,并强化教学的过程考核。该课程较好地培养了学生的装配式建筑深化设计能力,可为相关院校开展装配式建筑教育提供借鉴。 As an important part of the prefabricated buildings construction,the detailed design for prefabricated building is an important direction to cultivate the application-oriented talents of prefabricated buildings,and carrying out the teaching of detailed design curriculum for prefabricated buildings is an important means to cultivate students’ability of detailed design.Taking the detailed design for prefabricated concrete structure as the curriculum research direction,the content and implementation technique of the detailed design for prefabricated concrete structure based on BIM are introduced in detail,and the process of detailed design is given.Based on the concept of engineering education accreditation,the curriculum objectives of detailed design for prefabricated concrete structure with BIM are proposed.To achieve the curriculum objectives,the three-stage teaching method of“guidance with practical project,dividing the work to practice,and cross review of drawings”is proposed,and the examination of teaching process is intensified.The construction of curriculum has better cultivated the students’ability of detailed design for prefabricated buildings,which can provide reference for related colleges and universities to develop education on prefabricated building.
