摘要
在对建筑工程中与施工相关的部分设计问题研究成果的基础上,结合大量工程实践,分析了地基处理与基坑工程、地下结构、超长结构、钢结构、装饰、安装等分项工程中,不同设计方案对工期、造价、质量的影响,提出施工企业深化设计中应关注的一些问题,得出设计与施工相结合及技术领先是保证工程建设顺利进行的关键性措施。
Based on the research about some construction-related design issues,combining with a large number of engineering experiences,the influence of different design schemes on the time limit,cost,and quality is analyzed in foundation ditch treating,excavation,underground structures,super long structure,steel structure,decoration,installation subentry engineering.Some problems which should be paid attention to in the deepened design of the construction enterprise are rised and it comes the conclusion that the key measure of perfect construction is the combination of design,construction and the leading technology.
