摘要
目的编制信效度良好且能全面评估儿童哮喘控制水平影响因素的问卷。方法以格林模式理论为框架,通过文献回顾、小组讨论及专家咨询,编制初始问卷。通过对湖南省儿童医院2020年8—11月门诊就诊的384例哮喘患儿家长进行调查后,采用临界比值法对各条目进行筛选,并分析问卷信效度。结果基于格林模式编制的儿童哮喘控制影响因素问卷包括35个条目,划分为知识因素、态度因素、行为因素、促进因素和强化因素5个维度,维度累计方差贡献率为62.943%。项目分析结果显示,各条目临界比值为-17.937~-4.046(P<0.05),问卷总内容效度为0.981,条目级内容效度指数为0.833~1.000。问卷总Cronbach’s α值为0.919,各维度Cronbach’s α值在0.754~0.937。结论基于格林模式编制儿童哮喘控制影响因素问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为评估儿童哮喘控制水平影响因素的工具。
Objective To prepare a questionnaire with good reliability and validity and which can comprehensively assess the factors influencing the control level of childhood asthma.Methods An initial questionnaire was prepared through literature review,group discussion and expert consultation,using the Precede-Proceed model as a framework.After a survey of the parents of 384 children with asthma attending the Outpatient Clinic of Hunan Children’s Hospital from August to November 2020,the entries were screened by the critical ratio method,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed.Results The questionnaire on the influencing factors of childhood asthma control based on the Precede-Proceed model consisted of 35 entries,which were divided into 5 dimensions:knowledge factor,attitude factor,behavior factor,facilitation factor and reinforcement factor,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 62.943%.Through analysis,it was found that the critical ratio of each entry ranged from-17.937 to-4.046(P<0.05),the total content validity of the questionnaire was 0.981,and the entry-level content validity index ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.The total Cronbach’s α value of the questionnaire was 0.919,and the Cronbach’s α values of each dimension ranged from 0.754 to 0.937.Conclusion The questionnaire on factors influencing childhood asthma control that is prepared based on the Precede-Proceed model has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to assess factors influencing the control level of childhood asthma.
