摘要
模板支撑架设计时,一般不对剪刀撑进行内力计算,也不对其稳定性加以校核,然而剪刀撑受力较复杂,对增加结构稳定性非常重要。通过现场试验采集剪刀撑测点应变值,通过试验力学和材料力学理论计算杆件轴力和弯矩,比较侧面竖向剪刀撑内力,分析水平剪刀撑内力,从而得出需要合理确定混凝土浇筑顺序、增加连墙杆可增加架体稳定性和水平剪刀撑在立杆变形中的限制作用等结论,该结论对模架设计与施工、杆件受力计算的参数取值具有参考意义。
In the design of formwork support, the internal force calculation of diagonal brace is generally not carried out, and its stability is not checked. However, the force of diagonal brace is relatively complex, which is very important to increase the structural stability. Through the field test, the strain value of the measuring point of the diagonal brace is collected, and the axial force and bending moment of the rod are calculated by the theory of experimental mechanics and material mechanics. The internal forces of the side vertical diagonal brace are compared, and the internal forces of the horizontal diagonal brace are analyzed. It is concluded that the reasonable pouring sequence of concrete and the increase of the connecting rod can increase the stability of the frame and the restriction of the horizontal diagonal brace in the deformation of the vertical rod. The conclusion has reference significance for the design and construction of the formwork and the parameter value of the numerical calculation of the force of the formwork rod.
