摘要
塔式起重机附着杆的安全稳定性直接影响建筑工程的现场施工安全,为此,对塔机附着杆的安装形式及相关荷载进行分析,并对比有无内支撑加固形式,得出新增内支撑梁能够起到加固结构梁的结论;同时对内支撑力学计算方法进行分析,得出采用钢梁支撑时更加简便的算法。最后结合当前某在建工程实例,着重对塔机附着处内支撑钢梁强度和稳定性进行验算,为同类工程建设设计与施工提供参考。
The safety and stability of the attachment rod of the tower crane directly affects the construction safety of the construction project.Therefore,based on the analysis of the installation form and load of attached rod of tower crane,and the comparison of the reinforcement form with or without internal support,concluded that the new internal support beam can strengthen the structural beam.At the same time,the calculation method of internal support mechanics is analyzed,and a more convenient algorithm is obtained when using steel beam support.Finally,combined with a project under construction,the strength and stability of the inner supporting steel beam at the attachment of tower crane are checked to provide reference for the construction design and construction of similar projects.
