摘要
流通产业转型是新时代我国经济高质量发展的必然要求,科学讨论现阶段流通产业转型的重点任务意义重大。文章从现代化、国际化与均衡化三个方面分析了流通产业转型升级的基本要求和现实问题,从经济体制、增长方式及发展形式等方面讨论了流通产业转型升级的重点任务,并基于以上分析提出了加快构建大流通格局,实施差异化发展战略,鼓励行业创新及扩大对外开放水平,以期培育新形势下的高质量流通组织,不断挖掘新型流通经济增长点,促进流通产业的可持续发展。
The transformation of circulation industry is the inevitable requirement of China’s high-quality economic development in the new era.It is of great significance to scientifically discuss the key tasks of the transformation of circulation industry at this stage.This paper analyzes the basic requirements and practical problems of the transformation and upgrading of the circulation industry from the three aspects of modernization,internationalization and equalization.It also discusses the key tasks of the transformation and upgrading of the circulation industry from the aspects of economic system,growth mode and development form.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward to speed up the construction of large circulation pattern,implement differentiated development strategy,encourage industry innovation and expand the level of opening to the outside world to cultivate high-quality circulation organizations under the new situation,constantly tap new growth points of circulation economy and promote the sustainable development of circulation industry.
