摘要
"互联网+"已经成为现代产业发展不可或缺的驱动力之一,其对流通产业商业模式创新、流通业态演进、流通产业集聚方式的转变起到了重要作用。基于"互联网+"对流通产业的作用机理并结合黑龙江省流通产业发展实际情况进行分析,结果表明,基础设施不健全、缺乏专业人才、产业政策体系不完善严重制约了黑龙江省现代流通产业的发展,在此基础上提出加强基础设施建设和专业人才培养,完善流通产业政策等推进"互联网+"背景下黑龙江省现代流通产业发展的对策建议。
"Internet +" has become one of the indispensable driving forces for the development of modern industry.It has played an important role in the transformation of the business model of the circulation industry,the evolution of the circulation industry,and the transformation of the distribution industry.Based on the "Internet +" mechanism of the circulation industry and the analysis of the actual situation of the development of the circulation industry in Heilongjiang Province,the imperfect infrastructure,the lack of professional leading talents,and the fragmentation of industrial policies have severely restricted the development of modern circulation industry in Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,it is an important measure to promote the development of modern circulation industry under the background of "Internet +" in Heilongjiang Province to increase the infrastructure construction of circulation industry,strengthen the training of specialized talents and improve the circulation industry policy.
