摘要
文章着重从四个方面阐述了马克思恩格斯权力监督思想形成的背景及过程。国家及国家权力的产生是其形成的历史条件,市民社会决定国家的理论是其形成的理论条件,巴黎公社的经验教训是其形成的现实条件,西方古代权力制约学说和西方近代资产阶级权力监督制约学说是其形成的理论基础。
This paper focuses on the background and process of the formation of Marx and Engels’thought of power supervision from four aspects.The emergence of the state and state power is the historical condition for its formation,the theory that civil society determines the state is the theoretical condition for its formation,the experience and lessons of the Paris Commune are the realistic conditions for its formation,and the western ancient power restriction theory and the western modern bourgeois power supervision and restriction theory are the theoretical basis for its formation.
