摘要
在我国全面推进乡村振兴战略和改善人居环境的背景下,农村居民点的再建设不断推进,进而导致其地域空间分布呈现出新的特征。本文以地处典型低山丘陵区的南部县为例,以DEM数据和2009年、2019年南部县遥感图像为数据源,运用GIS空间分析方法,分析南部县农村居民点的时空分布与演变特征,探讨其影响因素。结果表明:(1)整体来看,近10年来县域内农村居民点分布趋于破碎化。(2)局部而言,2009至2019年农村居民点由分散趋于集聚,集聚中心趋于重要交通干线、区域经济重镇、区域旅游目的地一线。(3)影响因素上,地势、耕地、水域是基础性环境因素;乡村振兴、农村危房改造、农村土地三权分置等政策是政策引导性因素;政府财政投入是资本驱动因素;社会经济全面发展是拉动因素。
Under the background of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and improvement of rural living environments,the continuous reconstruction of rural residential areas has given rise to new features of regional and spatial distribution.Taking Nanbu county(a typical low hilly area)as an example and the DEM data and its RS images in 2009 and 2019 as the data source,this paper analyzes the spacial and temporal distribution and evolution characteristics of its rural residential areas and talks about its influencing factors by GIS spatial analysis method.The results show as follows:(1)As a whole,the distribution of rural residential areas at the county level has gradually become fragmented in the past ten years;(2)Partially speaking,the rural residential areas of 2019 are more agglomerated than that of 2009,which is intensively centered in major commuter arteries,regional economic towns and regional tourism destinations;(3)In terms of influencing factors,topograph,cultivated land and waters are the basic environment factors;policies on rural revitalization,dilapidated houses renovation in rural areas,and Three Rights Division of rural land are the policy guiding factors;government financial investment is the capital driving factor,and all-around development of society and economy is the pulling factor.
