摘要
目的探讨希望水平在老年2型糖尿病患者社会支持与心理痛苦间的中介作用。方法便利选取2所三甲医院的老年2型糖尿病患者,分别采用糖尿病痛苦量表(DDS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和Herth希望量表(HHI)测量患者心理痛苦、社会支持和希望水平,分析三者之间的相关性及希望水平在社会支持与心理痛苦间的中介作用。结果共获取有效病例321例。321例老年2型糖尿病患者的心理痛苦、社会支持和希望水平得分分别为(42.57±12.96)、(44.71±11.41)和(27.57±5.98)分;心理痛苦与希望水平、社会支持均呈负相关(均P<0.01),希望水平与社会支持呈正相关(P<0.01)。希望水平在社会支持与心理痛苦之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.38,占总效应的48.3%。结论希望水平在社会支持与心理痛苦间起到部分中介作用,对社会支持与希望水平进行综合干预将有助于改善患者心理痛苦状况。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of hope level on the relationship between social support and psychological pain in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Elderly patients with T2DM were selected by convenience sampling from 2 tertiary hospitals.Psychological distress,social support and hope level were measured by the Diabetes Distress Scale(DDS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Herth Hope Index(HHI),respectively.In addition,the correlations among psychological distress,social support and hope level were analyzed,and the mediating effect of hope level on the relationship between social support and psychological pain was investigated.Results Among the 321 valid cases obtained,the scores of psychological pain,social support and hope level were(42.57±12.96),(44.71±11.41)and(27.57±5.98)respectively.Psychological pain was negatively correlated with hope level and social support,and hope level was positively related to social support(P<0.01).Furthermore,hope level played a partial mediating role between social support and psychological pain.The mediating effect was 0.38,accounting for 48.3% of the total effect.Conclusion Hope level plays a partial intermediary role between social support and psychological pain.Comprehensive intervention on social support and hope level will help to improve psychological distress in elderly patients with T2DM.
